A: Just one! Unlike our competitors, IT Procurement isn’t one of many services we offer – it’s the ONLY service we offer. We don’t try to be everything to everyone. We just try to be the best at the one thing we do. We are specialists, and we think we’re pretty good at it. Give us a try!

A: We sell to businesses, government agencies and educational institutions. We’ll need to be able to talk to your IT Department about their requirements.

A: We do not currently sell directly to consumers, nor to very small businesses.

Quotes & Pricing

A: You can use our Contact Form or email us directly with your requirements. We aim to respond within a few hours.

A: As much as possible! The more information you can provide, the better the outcome will be. Details that are particularly helpful include any preference on brand or model, budgetary or time constraints, and quantity required. In addition, it helps us to obtain the best price if we know the likelihood of future orders, total numbers for a staged rollout or similar.

A: Most quotes are valid for 7 days depending on market conditions and supplier pricing, though validity can vary significantly between different suppliers and vendors. Please double-check pricing with us before placing your order just in case!

A: Yes. We provide competitive pricing and discounts for bulk or regular orders.

A: You’ll need to email an Official Purchase Order on your company letterhead.

A: No minimum order is required. Whether you need a single component or a bulk order, we’re happy to help.

Product Availability & Sourcing

A: Absolutely. We specialise in sourcing rare, end-of-life, and hard-to-locate IT goods. Let us know what you need and we’ll do our very best!

A: We source from leading brands like Apple, Cisco, Dell, HP, Lenovo, Microsoft, Panasonic and many more. Please view our Product Sourcing page, or get in touch with your request.

A: No problem – our team can help you choose the right solution based on your needs, budget and timeframe.

Shipping & Delivery

A: Standard delivery times range from 1-5 business days, depending on the product and destination. Please advise of any time limits so we can try and work within these. Expedited shipping may be available upon request.

A: Yes, usually we can. We have significant experience in Freight & Logistics and will do our very best to ship wherever you need the goods, even if that’s a remote mine site in the middle of Australia!

A: Absolutely. We provide a personalised service and keep in touch with every customer. We’ll let you know when to expect your delivery or if there are any delays.

Warranty & Support

A: Yes. All products come with a manufacturer’s warranty. We also offer support with warranty claims or RMAs if needed. Please contact us BEFORE returning any goods as the RMA process varies with each Vendor.

A: Returns are handled on a case-by-case basis depending on the situation. Contact us within 7 days of delivery for assistance.
